What to ask a photographer

WHAT IS YOUR PHOTOGRAPHIC STYLE?

My style is mainly reportage with some poses. I try to tell, in a natural way all aspects of your day. I want to remind at my client that my job is to document and tell the day... it's impossible for me to guarantee the presence of all the people in my photos, so if you want the photo with relatives/parents/grandmother ... ask me without any problems.

HOW LOGN WILL YOU STAY AT THE WEDDING?

I am available for the whole day: from preparing the bride late in the evening to cutting the cake. If my stay is required, an extra hourly rate will be charged.

DO YOU TAKE DETAILS AND FAMILY PHOTOS?

Yes! A wedding reportage isn't complete without details and family/parents photos! i take all the photographs of all details that will be present at your wedding.
If you have any particular details/things that you want having photos, please communicate to me in time.

WHAT KIND OF ALBUMS DO YOU OFFER?

I offer photo book albums and traditional album, both hand-made in Italy.. Here you can find some information: wedding album. I will propose a layout of the album made by me in (PDF), with my sensitivity and with my way of seeing the day. Later, together with the spouses, it will be decided whether to keep the layout or replace some photographs.

IS IT IMPORTANT TO HAVE A SECOND PHOTOGRAPHER?

Would like to having more photos of your guests? Do you like the idea of having the photos for both of your preparations (bride and groom)? or Do you want a wedding reportage without poses? In these cases (and not only) you need a second photographer.
Working together allows us to document your wedding in a more complete and spontaneous way: two photographers, two ways of seeing, which tell together an exciting moment from different points of view. Just think of the rings exchange, first photographer can focus on the couple, while the second capture the emotion of the parents. With two photographers you just be yourself. WE FEEL UNFORGETTABLE TO LET US PHOTOGRAPH, HOW CAN YOU HELP US?

Hardly anyone is used to being photographed, so don't worry it's normal! I can assure you that I am sensitive and delicate, within an hour you will already be accustomed to the click of the camera and to my discreet presence.

DO YOU ALSO DO VIDEO?

Yes, my colleagues are making the video.

Using the best technical tools such as professional high-definition 4K cameras, professional microphones to capture audio in its best form and with the use of the drone.

WHAT KIND OF CAMERAS DO YOU USE?

I only use professional Canon SLR cameras with high-end very bright lenses.

WHEN SHOULD I BOOK THE SERVICE?

If your wedding will be on Saturday it’s always best to book the service about 8 months before the wedding . While for midweek services at least 4-6 months before.

HOW DO I BOOK THE SERVICE?

After checking my availability through the contact me form for the date you have chosen, you can book the service by phone or email, paying a deposit. If possible I would like to meet you, to be able to meet you in person and explain my style to you.

WHERE DO YOU LIVE?

I’m based in Verona Italy, but I’m available worldwide.

WHAT ABOUT THE TRIP COST?

I'm from Verona. The trip cost are charged to the customer if the distance exceeds 100 km (round trip). (the costs are for fuel, motorway taxes and any overnight stay, without further increases).
Contact me specifying where the wedding will take place to evaluate these expenses together more precisely.

WHEN WILL THE PHOTOS BE READY?

To satisfy the newly wed’s curiosity, within a few weeks from the wedding the photos will be put on my website/facebook.
For the delivery of all of the work it will take between 4-5 months.

DO YOU ALSO EAT AT LUNCH?

Of course, if the service exceeds 6 working hours I will need to eat something, it does not matter if isn't full lunch. If I will be in your room I can also capture some funny moments or toast.

DO YOU PHOTOSHOP THE PICTURES AND EDIT THEM?

The photos that i deliver are always post produced only color/contrast (like you see on my website). But i don’t edit other things because reportage pictures are a mirror of your wedding day. Then it's also impossible for me to take your "best side". Your wedding is not a fashion shooting!

HOW WILL YOU DELIVER OUR PHOTOGRAPHS TO US?

On a personalized website, visible only to you and protected by a password.

All photos on the site will be in high resolution.

You can download and share as you like and also create a favorites list and make some photos private for your guests.

The photos and the wedding film will also be delivered on a USB stick with the box and personalized photo.
